I have over 2000 hours of training with my initial massage training at East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, OR,  Structural Integration through Anatomy Trains with Tom Meyers, Thai Massage (in Thailand and in the United States), Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Chi Nei Tsang (Eastern Abdominal Massage), and energy work including Reiki.

I am a certified Life Coach through the Dragontree Personal Life Coaching Program

I am a Herbalist having done two and a half years with Columbines School of Botanical Studies and owned and operated an apothecary for over two years in Eugene, OR.
